Tikiwini provides booking services for private airport transfers and related passenger transportation services in Morocco.

The specific service, vehicle category, destination, price and booking details applicable to your journey are shown during the reservation process and confirmed once your booking is completed.

A booking is considered confirmed when the reservation process has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

• Prices are displayed before the booking is confirmed.
• Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
• The final price depends on the selected route, vehicle and booking options.
• Any additional service requested after booking may be subject to an additional charge.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.

This may include passenger details, telephone number, email address, pick-up location, destination, travel date, flight information and other information required to perform the transfer.

Tikiwini cannot be responsible for service issues caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers must be available at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time or according to the arrival instructions provided with the booking.

Airport bookings may include a waiting period. The applicable waiting conditions are those communicated during booking or in the booking confirmation.

Additional waiting beyond the included period may result in additional charges or affect the driver's ability to complete the transfer.

Where flight information is provided, we may use available flight data to help coordinate airport pick-up times.

Customers should provide accurate flight details and inform us of significant changes whenever possible.

Flight monitoring does not guarantee that every disruption, diversion or schedule change can be detected immediately.

Each vehicle category has an expected passenger and luggage capacity.

Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage travelling.

Oversized or unusual luggage should be declared before the transfer so that an appropriate vehicle can be arranged where possible.

Booking changes are subject to availability and must be requested through the available customer support channels.

A change to the route, date, time, passenger requirements, vehicle category or other material booking details may result in a price adjustment.

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the terms presented during the booking process and confirmed with your reservation.

Where free cancellation applies, the applicable deadline will be clearly communicated as part of your booking conditions.

Requests submitted after the applicable cancellation deadline may not qualify for a full refund.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers, service providers and other persons involved in the transfer.

A driver or service provider may refuse or discontinue service where passenger behaviour creates a safety risk, involves unlawful conduct or seriously disrupts the journey.

Tikiwini aims to provide reliable airport transfer services and to work with professional transportation providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tikiwini is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including major traffic disruption, road closures, severe weather, flight disruption, government action or other exceptional events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Transfers may be carried out by professional drivers or transportation providers working with Tikiwini.

Relevant booking information may be shared with the provider responsible for carrying out your transfer when necessary to perform the service.

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in providing a service where performance is prevented by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, major road closures, civil disturbance, government restrictions, infrastructure failures or other exceptional circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics, designs, text, software and other materials published by Tikiwini are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

They may not be reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

Where legally applicable, disputes relating to services provided in Morocco will be handled according to the relevant laws and competent authorities of Morocco.

Tikiwini may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
